Shipping and Returns
Welcome to No Shenanigans Apparel — a small-batch, teacher empowerment brand built on passion, perseverance, and purpose. Below are the details of our shipping and return policies so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.
Purchasing
Stock Availability: Because we operate in small batches, our gear moves fast. Items in your cart are not guaranteed until checkout is completed. If something sells out before we can fulfill your order, we’ll notify you via email right away.
Order Processing: Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout. We’re a small team, but we work hard to get your order out as soon as possible.
Shipping
Processing Time: Please allow 48 to 72 business hours to process your order (excluding weekends and national holidays). This is separate from actual shipping time.
Tracking Info: Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Lost or Missing Packages: After your order leaves our hands, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We are unable to refund or replace items lost or marked delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We’ll refund your order (minus shipping costs).
- We’ll reship one time at no extra charge. If it comes back again, the customer covers the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in resale condition within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, [click here].
Return Label: You’ll receive a return shipping label via email. Please send your item back within 7 days of delivery.
Return Options: All eligible returns will receive store credit for exchange. No cash refunds.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged item), we’ve got you covered. We’ll send you a prepaid label and you can choose between an exchange or store credit.
- We’ll issue store credit for the difference.
- We’ll email you an invoice to pay the difference before shipping.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit or handled via exchange only.
Shipping Costs: We do not refund shipping fees unless we made an error on your order.
Special Offers Policy
Promotions: Items purchased under special offers (like “Buy 1, Get 2 Free”) are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit — unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective.
Fraud Policy
Order Review: We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged by our fraud protection system. If your order was canceled in error, reach out to us so we can verify your information.
Pre-Orders
Processing & Delivery: Pre-order items take 7–14 days to process before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times vary by carrier and shipping method.
Store Credit
Validity: Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date issued.
Expiration: Once expired, store credit cannot be reactivated or extended.
Usage: Use store credit like cash toward any item on our site during the valid period.
